Ah, the smell of homemade bread baking in your oven! Come to Midge’s class and learn how to make big beautiful loaves of bread with very little effort! Each guest will put together and take hone a bowl of bread dough that will be ready to bake in your oven the next day. You will also receive the recipe and a bog of yeast for your future bread making. Step-by-step instructions will be provided while a loaf of bread is baking in Midge’s oven. AND THEN! We will all adjourn to the patio where we will sample that warm, crusty, yummy bread and enjoy a glass of good wine. What a way to spend an afternoon! Maximum of 12 guests.
