These soft, thick, chewy (and large) cookies can be made with or without nuts and with milk chocolate, semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips. They can also be made as vegan. Lynne can bake all the cookies or give you frozen dough balls which you can bake when you are craving a warm chocolate chip cookie! The contrast between the sourdough and the chocolate chips is great.
