- Date and Location: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 5:00-----at Cadillac Chaparral, located on the Pinal Highway (Highway 79, 47621 E. Ballesta Rd.)
Dust off your bell bottoms, grab your love beads, and meet your friends at the Cadillac Chaparral Restaurant, a rustic, cowboy-themed steakhouse with a casual, “funky” atmosphere. It’s sure to be an “out of sight” event!  The 49th Parallel, a local band specializing in the sounds of the 60’s and 70’s, will be playing great music for dancing or just listening.  Dinner will be a buffet consisting of pulled chicken and pork, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, and cookies. There will be a no-host bar and maybe even a contest for the best dressed hippie! Come join the fun!
