Many of us love the idea of travel to France, and a big part of this is the wonderful food, wine, and liquor served in “La Belle France.” Just north of the wine regions of Bourdeaux and Saint Emilion, is a beautiful area called Cognac, France. Here, there are hundreds of Cognac manufacturers, most of whom don’t export to the USA and all of which are delicious. During this tasting you will be served 4 cognacs from France and each cognac will be paired with a delightful French food. You will learn a little more about each dish and each beverage and when possible, a little bit about the culture and area of Cognac. There is no doubt that the French are serious about their food and drink, and this tasting will help you experience France from your seat at the table.
