This five-course dinner, prepared from treasured Pachis and Kartsonis family recipes, will transport you straight to the Greek Islands. The meal begins with Saganaki (flaming cheese) and Keftedes (Greek meatballs), followed by a fresh Greek salad and an appetizer duo of Spanakopita and Tiropita. For the main course, savor stuffed chicken wrapped in phyllo and grilled lamb chops. A sweet, flaky Baklava finishes off this delicious dinner. Greek wine and ouzo will flow throughout the evening, and guests will be treated to lively Greek dancing—a true celebration of food, friendship, and tradition. You cannot place a value on this incredible dinner and entertainment. This promises to be a night of laughter, flavor, and Opa!
