Calling all art lovers and Mexican food enthusiasts! Enjoy an authentic Mexican dinner with Gerardo Meza, a bicultural, bi-nationally recognized surreal artist and muralist based in Tijuana, San Ysidro and San Diego County. Your host will be Luis Lopez, owner of Rancheros Carniceria in Catalina. Luis is committed to education and in joining hands with OSF. He has generously donated dinner for 25 guests who will enjoy appetizers of ceviche and spicy Agua chili, a choice between three of his delicious entrees, and a dessert.  After dinner Mr. Meza will talk about his art and his career. Several of his paintings hang in Rancheros Market-Café. Meza is eager to meet those who share his love of art as well as his passion for teaching. He teaches art classes to school children near his home and wants to learn more about the children in Oracle that the Foundation helps support.  In addition, Luis will provide a “mini” tour of Rancheros to highlight his selection of Mexican sauces and products as well as his extensive display of all cuts of meats.
