“Chef” Nile Vernon spent many summers in Spain, picking up cooking tips from the locals. He and his sous chefs will prepare an authentic Spanish meal, including several different tapas, sangria and Spanish wines, gazpacho or another typical soup depending on the season, paella with chicken and seafood, and bread pudding. So come, listen to traditional Spanish music and share a unique culinary experience with eight of your SaddleBrooke neighbors. You will feel as though you have been transported across the ocean, to another continent – but without the jet lag or charges on your credit card. This is the real deal!
