Factoid: Asian restaurants are extremely popular and make up at least a quarter of all food establishments in the U.S. If you love Asian food (and who doesn’t?) why not try your hand at preparing some Asian food dishes in your very own kitchen? Here is your chance to learn Asian food cooking methods that have been around for centuries. Your Asian cooking class hostess, Becky Hubbard, has developed a reputation for being an excellent “chef” here in SaddleBrooke. Becky will be preparing: vegetable spring rolls, rice noodles with chicken, shrimp and vegetables, chicken adobo and cassava/tapioca cake. At the end of the cooking demonstration, you will be taking the deliciously prepared Asian dishes home with you. Wine will be served during the demonstration.
