Treat yourself to a multi-course adventure featuring Asian flavors across small plate tasting opportunities. We will start with an appetizer of homemade pork egg rolls, accompanied by duck and plum sauce and plum wine. Then, we will enjoy a serving of Chinese Spicy Hot and Sour soup, with baby Bok Choy, leeks, shitake and straw mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. Now that you have finished the appetizers, you will enjoy a tasting of Asian Beef Short Ribs, Honey Soy Pork Tenderloin, and Cashew Chicken, and a paired white wine. These mains will be accompanied by Stir Fried Chinese Noodles, White Rice, and a refreshing Red Chili & Cucumber Salad. Dessert will feature Mango Ice and a small glass of Saki for those who wish to imbibe. Hot tea will be served during the meal.
